Sarah Atwood, violin
Sarah Atwood is the principal second violin of both the Boston Lyric Opera and the Portland Symphony Orchestra. She holds a position with the Rhode Island Philharmonic, and actively performs and tours with the Boston Pops. A musician of Emmanuel Music, Sarah has been featured as a BBC Radio recording artist, and will perform at the Leipzig Bach Festival in summer 2020. Robyn Bollinger, violin
Already recognized for her musical creativity, rich tone, emotional depth, and technical mastery, American violinist Robyn Bollinger is a young artist on the rise. Darren Chase, baritone
Darren Chase grew up in a family of musicians, and recordings of Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Hermann Prey, and Gérard Souzay were among his first musical influences. He began performing art songs as a teenager in his native San Diego, and continued his education at UC Berkeley and Boston University. William Davidson, piano
William Davidson was born in Rockland, Michigan and began piano lessons at the age of nine. He was the winner of the 2015 Pittsburgh Concert Society Competition, and a semifinalist-prize winner in the 2017 Virginia Waring International Piano Competition. He is also the recipient of many scholarships and grants, including the Keynote, ASCAP Foundation Michael Masser, and Guy D. & Mary Edith Halladay music scholarships, as well as the Homer Wickline and Conrad Seamen grant. Jason Horowitz joined the Boston Symphony Orchestra at the start of the 2006 Pops season. As soloist, recitalist and chamber musician, he has performed across America, Europe, and Asia. Erin Lindsey is a teaching artist who is devoted to her students as well as to performing. She has given recitals in Tokyo, New York, Montreal, Taipei, Chiayi, Kaohsiung, Kharkov, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Boston. Ian Lindsey has been active both as a performer and teacher for over twenty years. After graduating from the Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts, he continued his studies with Randall Hodgkinson at New England Conservatory, receiving both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Evren Ozel, piano
American pianist Evren Ozel began his musical studies at age 3 in his hometown of Minneapolis, MN. He has won numerous honors and awards including scholarships from the U.S Chopin Foundation and Young Arts Foundation, first prize at the 2016 Boston Symphony Concerto Competition, second prize at the 2016 Thomas and Evon Cooper International Competition, and second prize as well as Mozart and Chopin special prizes at the 2018 Dublin International Piano Competition. Most recently, he received second prize and special prizes for Best Mazurka and Best Polonaise at the 2020 U.S. National Chopin Competition securing the honor of representing the U.S.A in the International Chopin Competition which will take place in Warsaw, Poland in October 2021.
